MLM tips for business growth are provided through many sources. I prefer to see who is building the type of business I want to build or, experiencing more success than me and learn from what they are doing. All heavy hitters in the MLM industry have mastered how to effectively promote their Team and company events!
1. Education. Learn from the best people in the business. Learn how and what to do. Get yourself educated so you aren’t fearful, so you have the education, so you know how to use the tools, and so you have the confidence.
2. Vision. You have to hear and “get” the vision of your company and the Team you’re working with.
3. Validation. Seeing is believing. At events, you meet people who are getting results with your company’s products. You meet people who are making money. You meet the corporate leadership. It becomes “real”.
4. Validation. You need to hear proof about your company’s product and that the company is real and legitimate.
5. When you attend an event, another benefit is that you actually see that other people just like you are making money! Some rise to the top of the company faster than others, but the reality of it is, people are succeeding. If they are, you can!!
6. Reality check. Yes, events can serve to be a “gut” check for all of us. If we are not where we want to be in the business and others are, then the event can serve to help us recommit to doing what is necessary to make it.
7. Recognition. I have been taught that people will do more for recognition than they ever will do for money. Now personally, I have found this to be true some of the time. But at events, when people are recognized for their accomplishments, it helps them and their teams fully realize that success is within everyone’s reach.
8. Recognition. This is an opportunity to recognize yourself and your team for the accomplishments that have been realized. Never let an event pass where you have a team member not being recognized.
9. Decision. When a new team member attends an event, it is amazing to see what types of decisions that person makes by end of an event. Coming in, they may have only been 30% committed. Leaving, most have made the decision to really commit to success because their belief is not through the roof!
10. Explode Your Business. If you want to rank advance quickly within your company and see your monthly commission check go through the roof, become a great promoter!
